How Much Can I Get? & Why Not Use a REM Calculator?
Many other Lenders provide a simple reverse mortgage calculator that would permit you to calculate the benefits that you could obtain. But, this result would be incomplete. Three or fours years ago a calculator was fine as there was only one reverse mortgage program available. Today, we offer 14 or more different plans. Which one you select will depend upon your own circumstances and future needs.

a) FHA HECM:
1) CMT Index Variable Rate (the only one used by calculator)
2) LIBOR Index Variable Rate
3) Annual Variable Rate
4) Fixed Interest rate
b) JUMBO Temporarily discontinued. Conventional: fixed interest rate.
d) “Simple 60” Conventional: Temporarily discontinued. For those 60 and 61 years of age
